Get off the ferry and look straight forward.
You will see a shrine and a rental-cycle shop to the left of the shrine.
There's a narrow path in front of the rental-cycle shop. Go straight forward onto the path.
Walk about half-a-minute, you are there! On your left is Moegi-so.
